I can’t imagine that they don’t already have the GPT5 or GPT6 model ready, Sam mentions the hypothetical GPT7 (min 8:17), or that they aren’t preparing something new or entirely different that exceeds my imagination. It must feel like time travel when internally solving problems and questions with part of your team that the world (and tech Twitter) will only address as a completely new thing in a few months. And then a few minutes later, discussing with the public and the media the things that they discussed and solved internally a few months ago, but for the public, it’s a hot news and the main message of the day.

Overview of options for transcribing non-English language focus group and in-depth interview recordings using AI (Artificial Intelligence)

In most qualitative research studies, such as focus groups or depth interviews, one of the challenges is to transcribe the audio recordings into written text for analysis. The most common method used so far is manual transcription, which is both financially and time-consuming. In this text, we explore the possibilities of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for transcription. In summary, there are several options for using AI to transcribe non-English language recordings: A) For the cheapest option, we recommend using the Whisper model from OpenAI. B) For online interviews, the easiest option is to use Microsoft Teams with its integrated transcription and recording feature. However, it is essential to ensure the best quality audio.
